Chief Echono, until his death, was a retired soldier and a notable political and community leader who contributed immensely to the development of Agatu LGA and Benue South at large.
Senator Moro describes his death as 'very painful' and says he lost a personal friend.
The Senator sends his condolences to the family and the entire Agatu people, and prays God to repose his soul.
