Buhari Should Resign Or Make $1 Equal N200, Says Adeyanju

Popular human rights activist and social critics, Comrade Prince Deji Adeyanju has said there is nothing worth celebrating in Nigeria attainment of 61 years independence.

Comrade Adeyanju claimed that the only call for National celebration in the country is for the President, President Muhammadu Buhari to tender his resignation during his nationwide broadcast or miraculously make one dollar ($1) to be equal to N200 exchange rate.

The Convener of the Concerned Nigerians group lamented that Nigeria has become a Republic of insecurity.

Adeyanju who took to Facebook to express his displeasure over the state of the nation, wrote: "There’s nothing to celebrate for Nigeria at 61. The only thing that can lead to nationwide celebration today is if president Buhari resigns in the morning during his Independence Day broadcast or $1 miraculously becomes N200. Our nation has become Federal Republic of Insecurity.

Nigeria became an independent country from the British government in October 1, 1960.
