Obi Defeats Atiku, Tinubu At David Mark’s Polling Unit

The Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has won the polling units of former Senate President, David Mark, located at the VIP Unit One with the GRA Otukpo, Benue State.

Obi won with one hundred and seventy-eight (178) votes ahead of the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and that of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar who got twenty-two (22) and eighteen (18) votes respectively.

The chant of “Obi! Obi!!” rented the air upon announcement of the result, many young persons took to the street in celebration.

Peter Obi Wins In Aso Rock Polling Unit

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, has won the first polling unit (PU) to be declared in the Aso Rock, Abuja vicinity.

At PU 131, which is one of the several units around the premises, he polled 17 votes to beat the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu who got six votes, and their counterpart in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, who garnered three votes.

Earlier, Obi cast his vote at polling unit 19 in the Agulu area of the Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra State in Nigeria’s South-East geopolitical zone.

Obi and his wife Margaret cast their vote around 11:45 am on Saturday after following the voting queue for about 30 minutes.

The All Progressives Congress has won the presidential election in the polling unit of Vice President Yemi Osibanjo in the Ikenne area of Ogun State.

Osinbajo, who voted at his polling unit in Ojurege ward 1, polling unit 14 in the Ikenne Local Government Area of the state, helped the APC presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, garner 33 votes.

Peter Obi of the Labour Party polled nine votes, while Abubakar Atiku of the Peoples Democratic Party polled seven votes.

Sixty voters out of the 110 registered voters at the polling unit participated in the election which had eight voids.

Tinubu loses Kaduna govt house polling unit

Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has won the polling unit inside the Kaduna State Government House.

Atiku came out on top with 69 votes, while Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, scored 48 votes, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu got 40 votes.

The result signed by the INEC presiding officer, Kalu Kelechi Micheal, revealed that LP polled 48, APC got 40 votes, PDP scored 69 votes, while NNPP had 11 votes.

The booth, unit 013 is one of the polling units inside the Kaduna State Government House.
