Edo 2020:Why We withdrew forgery case against Governor Obaseki – APC members

Recently, the Members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo, who documented a case against Governor Godwin Obaseki over forged of the certificate, have explained why they withdrew the suit.

Finally, the incumbent Governor was screened out, by The National working committee of All progressives Congress (APC), as their gang up working for them.

The case, suit No FHC/ABJ/CS /553/20 Edobor Williams and others VS APC & Governor Obaseki, was revoked from the Federal High Court, Abuja, by the complainants who are APC members.

The case has been suspending because they had fulfilled their goal, will be to prevent Governor Obaseki from being fielded as APC Governorship Candidate for September 19

Governor of Edo State Obaseki was disqualified from the primary by the All Progressive Party National Working Committee NWC before he deflected

In Clarifying the issues of his degree certificate the University of Ibadan where Mr. Godwin obaseki Schooled came out clear, I made it open to the public that Mr. Godwin Obaseki is a graduate of the University of Ibadan.

Obaseki was disqualified from the primary by the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) before he defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on which platform he is seeking reelection.

It was recalled that the complainants were opposed to APC nominating the Governor Obaseki as the gubernatorial candidate for the oncoming governorship election for Edo State, with the present issue Obaseki had with his inconsistent education history, such as credentials and forged statement of results

With this issue he has APC can not stop from supporting him

These are some reasons, which APC finally disqualified Godwin Obaseki from partaking in the APC Gubernatorial primaries of 22/6/2020 to the achievement of the complainant.

The public must take good notice that the case was never considered on value. Complainants would take further steps after the selections of all the parties are concluded and the names of their nominees submitted to INEC.
