Insecurity: CAN President Advises Nigerians On What To Do

The President of Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Reverend Supo AYOKUNLE has advised Nigerians on what to do concerning the ongoing problems of insecurity in the country.

The CAN president advised Nigerians to look to God concerning the issue of insecurity. He said he learned this from what former president Olusegun Obasanjo told him some years when he the president of Nigeria.

He opined that the federal government has run out of workable ideas on how to solve the problem insecurity in the country.

Reverend Ayokunle stated that what the federal government had to offer Nigerians, for now were mere assurance and promise.

According to the Punch newspapers Ayokunle stated this on Sunday, March 28, during a thanksgiving service in honour of Bishop Wale Oke, the newly elected president of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN).

The CAN boss therefore advised Nigerians to pray for God's intervention on the issue of insecurity, as this is the surest way to deal with the menace.

Do you Agree with the CAN president that only God can solve the problem of insecurity in Nigeria? Your views are welcome.
