The Former Governor of Osun State, Rauf Aregbesola may reconcile with the Governor of Osun State, Governor Gboyega Oyetola before the 2022 Governorship Polls. It should be recalled that Governor Gboyega Oyetola and Aregbesola are fighting each other over the Leadership of the Party and they could not settle their grievances. However, the crisis rocking the Party may be settled before 2022 Governorship Poll in the state due to the following reasons.
One of the reasons why the Former Governor Aregbesola, may reconcile with Governor Oyetola is that Both Aregbesola and Oyetola graduated from the same School of Politics. They were both trained by the Former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Tinubu will call both Aregbesola and Tinubu into order to settle their grievances before the 2022 Governorship Race.
Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu could have intervene in the crisis, if is around but Tinubu is not Country that is why, he was unable to settle the crisis. It will not surprise anyone, if Aregbesola suddenly reconcile with Governor Oyetola before the 2022 Governorship Polls. It should be recalled that Governor Oyetola was the Chief of Staff when Aregbesola was the Governor of the State.
Another Reason why Aregbesola may reconcile with Governor Oyetola is that, As A Minister of Interior, it won't speak well of him not to deliver his State for APC in the Forthcoming Governorship Polls. Aregbesola will like to deliver his State for APC so that he will be recognised at the National Level. If APC should lose the forthcoming Poll in Osun State, it will be a slap on Aregbesola's face.
Aregbesola might not be given any Position again at the National level, if he fails to deliver his State for APC. Therefore, Aregbesola may likely settle his grievances with Governor Oyetola before the 2022 Governorship Polls. Though, Aregbesola may not need anything from Governor Oyetola at the State level but he might be seriously affected at the National level, if Governor Oyetola could not win second term in office.
