An Abuja-based legal counselor has asked a FCT High Court to proclaim that the little girl of the president, Hanan Buhari has no statutory right to private utilization of Nigerian Air Force Presidential Aircraft. In a suit documented on Thursday February 6, 2020 by Oluwatosin Ojaomo Esq, the legal advisor said he read in a few national dailies that Hanan was welcome to a private capacity in Bauchi state which she went to on tenth January 2020 of every one of the airplane in the presidential armada implied primarily for open officials in power in Nigeria.

Subsequently, Ojaomo needs the court to make a request convincing Hanan Buhari to pay a specific sum into the Consolidated Revenue Fund Account of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to "fuel Nigeria Air Force Presidential Aircraft which passed on the litigant to Bauchi State on the tenth day of January 2020." The attorney looks for among different reliefs, an "interminable order controlling the respondent not being a community worker from utilizing the Nigeria Air Force Presidential Aircraft for private purposes as was done in Bauchi State

"A request for this court convincing the respondent to pay the aggregate of N2m as the expense of case.
