We Used N1.32B for Ourselves – NDDC Acting MD

The acting managing director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Professor Kemebradikumo Daniel Pondei, informed the Nigeria Senate committee on NDDC today, Monday 20th of July, 2020, that they used one billion, three hundred and twenty million for themselves as COVID-19 palliatives.

NDDC Acting MD

The MD disclosed this during the NDDC probe by the senate in a well-covered sitting in Abuja. The senate committee has an oversight function to oversee, monitor, and advice the agency on activities.

However, the house went into a state of confusion, when the acting MD slummed that threw the senators and other people at the venue into confusion. He was brought back to life and rushed out for medical treatment.

There is still a state of confusion at the senate if the grill will continue because the ministers of Niger Delta and other management teams are yet to give an account of their stewardship.
