Recall that states like Enugu, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Ondo and Lagos State have signed the anti-open grazing bill into law.

Is the anti-grazing law not working as stated by Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State?

I don't agree with Governor Abdullahi Sule that anti-open grazing is not working in states where it was implemented.

The anti-open grazing will help solve the ravaging problem of the farmers and herders. The Fulani herdsmen should have their grazing reserve where they can feed their cows without causing any problem to the host communities.

Governors in the South should also provide grazing reserve in their respective states to compensate the Fulani herdsmen that were banned from taking their cows out openly.
