After Justice Umar Assaulted A Security Guard Saying "Biafra Boys," See What Femi Falana Said

Following the recent incident of justice Umar, the code of conduct Tribunal chairman was caught on camera assaulting a young security guard in a plaza in Abuja over a parking space. The situation caused an uproar in the environment that day, and almost all the traders who witnessed everything were so angry, way and manner, the CCT chairman was slapping and intimidating the plaza guard.

According to Sahara Reporters, the senior advocate of Nigeria, Femi Falana (SAN) disclosed in a meeting on Saturday, that there is a penalty and the Tribunal chairman stand is stand suffers for using racist language on someone, which is prohibited according to the cybercrime ACT. It was gathered that on that said day justice Danlandi Umar's spokesperson, said to have made a statement saying, it was his boy boss who asks him to use the discriminating word, "Biafra Boys in identifying the traders in the plaza, claiming the boy and traders threatens to deal with the CCT chairman.

It was on that note, that the senior advocate who reacted, had said the word been used by the CCT chairman, is "racist or xenophobic", and as such, he stands the risk of five years jail term. Also, findings had it that, Justice Umar said to have threatened to imprison the plaza guard for 50 years and even God will be able to save him.
