Open grazing ban: 2 Northern states joined the South and enacted an open herdsmen activities bill.

The herdsmen's activities will be a thing of the past soon. On 21st September, Southern Nigeria will celebrate the post-Fulani herdsmen era. It will be a thing of memory and will enter into the Nigeria history book. The unborn generation will be told how the killer herdsmen ravaged, killed, raped, and maimed thousands of Nigerians, without resistance from security agencies, who looked the other way as Nigerians were killed like rams and goats.

Many people may not be able to recover from the activities of Hersmen for decades to come, people who lost their breadwinners, fathers, mothers, husbands, wives, children and grandchildren, including their houses will always be emotionally hurt when remembering these ugly saga.

The South made history after they took the bull by the horns, and declared an end to the herdsmen's activities. The activities of the Fulani herdsmen are not only limited to the South, but are also witnessed in many parts of the North. Two northern states have joined the trend of the southern states by enacting an anti-open herdsmen activities, market bill in their states. Kastina state Governor, Aminu Bello Masari, decided to stop the activities of the herdsmen in his statement by signing into law a ban on the activities of the herdsmen in Kastina state. He did this to make sure that the state was free from evil reports about the activities of Fulani herdsmen.

Another governor that signed into law the regulations on the herdsmen is the Niger state Governor , Sani Bello signed the bill into law to end open activities of the herdsmen, to end breaking of laws, killing and destruction of properties of the citizens of Niger state.

The States are doing this for the security of the lives and properties of the people living in their states. It is the first assignment of every state chief executive to protect the lives and properties of his citizens. Many were surprised to see that even the North was against the activities of the Fulani herdsmen. People are of the opinion that many northern states are going to follow suit, and end the evil blood sucking demons in Nigeria. Nigerians are hoping with passion to see how the herdsmen's activities will be swept into the evil forest.

What do you think that other northern states would do? Seeing that two northern states have joined the southern declaration in saying enough is enough to the herdsmen. Like, share and comment on this work. Follow for updates.
