Nigerians have reacted angrily to Pastor Enoch Adeboye’s post of his Facebook page after his visit to Ado Ekiti today. And in this article i will be taking you through reactions from nigerians concerning his post.
The General overseer of the redeemed christian church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye paid a visit to the governor of Ekiti state, Gov. Kayode Fayemi at Ado Ekiti, the state's capital.
Pastor Enoch Adeboye used the opportunity of his visit to condemn the recent attacks by gunmen in the state,describing the act as a big disrespect to traditional institutions.
Pastor Adeboye assured the citizens of the state that God will put an end to the reign of violence and terror in the land and in Nigeria,and urged them to pray for the survival of the country in the view of the problems and challenges the country is currently facing.
He also spoke against the attacks on several traditional rulers in Ekiti state,the elewu of ewu Ekiti and oba Adetutu Ajayi within the space of six weeks by gunmen.
The cleric said he has committed himself in fighting the battle for the soul of the nation spiritually,he also led prayers for divine intervention in Ekiti State in particular and Nigeria at large.
Pastor Adeboye was reportedly in the state to ordain about 1000 pastors in RCCG, and urged political leaders across board not to relegate the power of God to the background of their activities and policies in the interest of the citizens.
Also speaking, Fayemi expressed delight on the visit by cleric. He thanked Pastor Adeboye for his visit to the state.
