IMO 2019 Election: The Implication Of The RAP Vs Hope Uzodimma And The Legal Battle Part 2 (Opinion)

Implication of the RAP VS Hope Uzodimma And The Legal Battle.

As the legal battle continue, a lot is yet to be unfold. Who will be the Governor of IMO State till 2023,

Hope Uzodimma, Uche Nwosu or will the court return Emeka Ihedioha to Douglas House ?

Emeka Ihedioha who came first but is out and Supreme Court can never reverse itself on that not even after a Review.

Ugwumba Uche Nwosu is also out because he was disqualified for double nomination. Supreme Court reaffirmed the decisions of the lower courts that he was the authentic candidate of AA and APC in the 2019 general elections and that means that he is authomacally out.

Hope Uzodimma should also be shown the exit door because the disqualication of Ugwumba Uche Nwosu authomacally means Hope was a candidate of no political party but of individuals who are not registered with INEC as political parties and that's against the electoral act.

My recommendations as a self acclaimed political analyst are as follows :

1. The person with the highest valid votes among the remaining candidates should be issued a certificate of returned and be sworn in as the legally elected governor of Imo state.

2. The 25% of 2/3 LGAs and the wonder wonder votes from Aboh Mbaise, Ezinihitte and Ahiazu Mbaise should be looked into without biasness of mind, if legal let him be returned.

3. If Ihedioha did not meet the number 2 above, TOTAL COUNCELLATION is the ideal.

Anything short of the above will be a slap on the face of the noble and respected Judiciary institution.

Let's keep finger cross as we awaits the wisdom of the Supreme court
