According to a news that was published by the Punch Newspaper online this morning, it was reported that the Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Judiciary and former member of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Onofiok Luke, during an interview with Punch correspondent, has revealed who he felt the next Speaker of the House of Representatives should be.

During the interview, Luke was asked by Punch correspondent, who should be the next Speaker of the House of Representatives and while he was reponding, he said that, everyone contesting for the position right now, have all brought good credentials to the table.
He said, "Those contesting for the speakership are bringing good credentials to the table. Is it the Deputy Speaker, Ahmed Wase or Aliyu Betara ? Good credentials! Yusuf Gagdi, good credentials! The ones I have interacted with have good credentials, including Tajudeen Abbas. The man towering with the credentials for the dynamics and complexities of the 10th House of Representatives is Tajudeen Abbas."
