The answer to this question is a resounding yes because if eventually the federal government declares states like Anambra, abia, imo, ebonyi and Enugu states of emergency, it would limit the manner in which the inhabitants of the states get attacked by unscrupulous disturbers of peace.
If this declaration gets eventually made by the federal government, it would also aid in resolving the security lapses in the states. This is because the legal authorities would source for ways in knowing the main reason behind the attacks experienced by indigenes of the states.PHOTOS' CREDITS: Google.
It is noteworthy to remind you all that historically, when a state or country is declared an emergency state, it ends yielding positive results.
