The Vice President of Nigeria, Yemi Osinbajo, has recently warned that anything that does not aid in the betterment and advancement of the country's unity is senseless. Osinbajo also advised Nigerians to support the building of Nigeria's reputation in the diaspora.
However, Igbo agitators should listen to the two strong warnings Yemi Osinbajo made against secession today.

The two strong warnings are:
1. He warned that anyone caught advocating secession would face repercussions.
This is a very clear warning that all agitators should take note of.
This warning should make Igbos forget about secession because anyone caught would be severely dealt with. Even the sit-at-home protest going on in the southeast is very wrong, and should be stopped.
2: He warned that nothing can break Nigeria's unity.
This is the most important warning he made concerning Nigeria's unity. These warning should make Igbos and other tribes clamoring for secession to forget about it and embrace peace and unity.
Igbo agitators should stop their unlawful agitations because nothing will destroy Nigeria's unity.
Unity is the reason why Nigeria is still strong and capable of facing the world. There is no successful country without peace and unity.
