Presidential Poll: 2023 Election Is Done But The Dust Will Be Settled In Court - Peter Obi Says

Several people have expressed their excitement and congratulations, but there are also concerns that the presidency could become bogged down in a petitions tribunal.

The 2023 elections' voting phase was completed, and the results were quickly collated and made available to the public. Following that, broad claims of improper behavior, falsified results, and failed results uploading, among other things, were raised. With more votes than Kwankwaso, Obi, and Atiku combined, Tinubu was declared the winner by the INEC. The statement has still led to a push toward the legal system.

On Thursday, Peter Obi openly denounced the presidential election outcome as a "daylight robbery" that cost him the election he asserts he won and vowed to use every legal avenue to substantiate his claim. In this situation, he said that he would not accept defeat. The presidential election has been decided, but it is only now starting to look like the legal issues will be resolved.
