It is no longer news that the, Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, sacked his media adviser, Salihu Tanko-Yakasai a.k.a Dawisu, a day after criticising President Muhammadu and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
The state information commissioner, Muhammad Garba, said Tanko-Yakassai was relieved of his appointment for “unguarded comments and utterances.”
However, after Dawisu was released from the custody of DSS, he dropped an emotional message on his twitter page. According to Dawisu, he said, more than five years included in Kano State government, he is happy he got goodwill as he leaves the government, he said the goodwill he got before entering government is more than million he got when he enter into the government.
He described his exit as a rare honourable exit in the country, he returned all the honour to God for his endless blessing over him.
In Dawisu tweet;
"After 5yrs in Government, the goodwill I got after leaving Government, is a million times more than the one I got when I got in. That's indeed an honourable exit, which is rare in Nigeria. This is certainly God's doing & I am eternally grateful to Him for His endless Blessings".
