Ondo South Senatorial District, Development and Individual Ambitions.

Ondo south senatorial district of Ondo state made up of Okitipupa, Ilaje,Irele,Ese-odo,Odigbo,Ile-luji local governments is lagging behind in terms of development and infrastructure. Since Dr Olusegun Agagu left office, the region has been abandoned by Ondo state government, the region can not boast of any project executed by Dr Olusegun Mimiko led government.

When Rotimi Akeredolu became the governor, the entire region see reasons to be hopeful of better days considering the fact that his mother and the deputy governor is from the region. Things move from Bad to worse, bad roads and the hope of being reconnected to the national grid fade away,Okitipupa for example has been in total darkness for ten years,

It is the believe of an average Ikale, ilaje, apoi, ijaw and people from odigbo and ile-luji that if somebody from this region is voted in as the governor of the state that the region will benefit from democracy again. probably because of this rescue mission over 50% of those aspiring to be party candidate of either PDP or APC are from Ondo south senatorial district. Chief Eddy Olafeso, Barr Agboola, Ajayi, Banjo Okunnomo, Sola Ebiseni, sen Boluwaji Kunlere, amb Sola Iji, chief Olusola oke, Ifeoluwa Oyedele, jimmy Odimayo and Isaac kekemeke are all aspiring to occupy the number one seat of the state. Unless these candidate mentioned and other from Ondo south senatorial district that are also in the race see beyond their personal ambition and think of the good the region first and work towards ensuring one of them become the governor of the state then the region might continue suffering for yet another four years.

Among these aspirants from ondo-south senatorial district who do you think is more worthy and has what it take to win the gubernatorial election come October 10 2020
