All the thirty one local government chairmen in Aiwa Akwa Ibom state are celebrating their 100 days in office, and many especially the first timers has briefed and presented their score cards to their people.
This on the same thing that occurred in Onna local government area of Akwa Ibom.
Today, the executive chairman of Onna local government area, Hon. Iniabasi Ekanem, fulfilled his promise to a physically challenge woman he met and promised to assist three weeks ago.
The executive chairman, presented the woman and four others with wheelchairs, paid school fees for four students and empowered eight others with sewing machines and start up grants.
There has been various complains about the poor welfare of local government chairmen in the state, so it is imperative to acknowledge and encourage any of them that performs well, especially in the area of human capacity development.
