Jamb To Spend N100m on Prosecution
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB has said it would spend about N100m on prosecuting 200 impersonators in the state 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME.
This is coming after the board hinted of increase of Fraudulent Computer Based Test, CBT, in centres especially in the Northern part of the country. It also disclosed that the 200 persons to be prosecuted are parts of the over 400 that were involved in admission fraud.
Be Ready to Bear Pains of High Petri Cost - Sylva
The Minister of State, Petroleum Resources, Chief Timipre Sylva has admonished Nigerians to be prepared to bear the pains of increased petrol pump price due as the price of crude oil climbs above $60 per barrel.
Mr Sylva while speaking with the official launch of Nigerian Upstream Cost Optimization Program on Tuesday said the Federal Government didn't make provision of Subsidy in the 2021 budget that Nigerians would have to bear the cost.
APC registration will improve job creation ― Technology minister
The Minister For Science and Technology, Dr Ogbonnaya Onu, has said that there will be an improvement in job creation in Nigeria as data generated from the ongoing All Progressives Congress, APC revalidation and registration of the party’s membership would be used.
The minister, as a result urged Nigerian youths to join the party that it is the only political party in Nigeria that has plans for the youths.
