The Director of the New Media sub-committee of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council, Femi Fani-Kayode has urged the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi to be a man and congratulate the President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a former Governor of Lagos State and National Leader of the All Progressives Congress defeated other strong contenders in the presidential race including Peter Obi of the Labour Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party.
The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi and that of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar have vowed to challenge the victory of the All Progressives Congress Presidential candidate in the law court.
They claimed that the results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC were manipulated in favour of the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In an exclusive interview on Arise News today, Peter Obi stated that he is not challenging the outcome of the presidential election but the process.
Reacting to the development, Femi Fani-Kayode said; "I am not challenging the outcome of the pres. election: just the process"[email protected] My counsel? Be a MAN, withdraw the case, concede u LOST, reign in your supporters & congratulate our President-elect."
