Governor Ortom To Commission A Repainted Block At BSUTH

Information gathered at the Benue State University Teaching Hospital (BSUTH) has it that, Governor Samuel Ortom has today set to commission an M.R Scan Machine and one block of a three-story building repainted at the Benue State University Teaching Hospital after 7-8 years of his administration.

It is rather very shameful that the BSUTH under governor Ortom has no water, and sections like the Consultant's office and GOPD have no light.

The hospital is very dirty, and filthy and does not worth human habitation or to be called a health facility. Almost all the doctors and Consultants have left for other hospitals because of poor remuneration and condition of service.

It is also alleged that Governor Ortom's wife is the contractor who has handled the said renovation and procurement of equipment for BSUTH and this equipment

which are bought in pairs with Benue State money has part of it secretly moved to the newly established hospital by the Eunice Spring of Life Foundation.

The general public should consider the actions of the Ortom administration a show of desperation. The move to commission a painted block at the hospital today is not coming from a genuine and caring heart, but a ploy to seek sympathy for the coming Saturday's governorship and state Assembly elections but the Benue people have their minds made up to vote for Rev. Fr. Dr Hyacinth Alia and all APC House of Assembly Candidates.
