The project was the commissioning of a solar powered borehole, and public toilet in Owerri North, local government area of the state.
Sharing photos of the project, the governor stood alongside his aides as he publicly unveiled the property.
Well socio-political advocate and activist Aisha Yesufu, took to her Twitter page to react to the commissioning.
Not even saying any good thing about the news, she only emphasised that the country and it's government needed restructuring of the mind and not restructuring of meaningless project.
'The first restructuring we need to do is that of the mind.'
