In a statement released by Festus Keyamo, the Presidential campaign spokesman of the All Progressive Congress, released via his twitter handle on Sunday, where he noted that Peter Obi cannot come to court and ask to be declared the winner of the Presidential election. Festus Keyamo made this statement as he reacted to the law suit by Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate, challenging the announcement of the APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as the winner of the Presidential election.
Festus Keyamo in his statement, revealed that Peter Obi would have to fight the PDP First to prove that they came 2nd in the just concluded presidential elections. He said;
“Peter Obi & Labour Party cannot even come to court & ask to be declared winner straightaway; they have to first fight PDP in order to prove they came second, before they can have the temerity to face @officialABAT. So, there is no room for cooperation between Labour & PDP in court”.
