After Tinubu Donated N50m To The Victims Of Katsina Market Fire, See How People React

The former governor of Lagos state, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu, has done the unexpected when he donated money to the victims of Katsina central market burning inferno. Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu visited Katsina state on Wednesday, 22 March, 2021, to donate the whooping sum of fifty million naira (N50,000,000) to the victims of the Katsina central market burning inferno.


We will recall that a blazing inferno erupted in Katsina central market on Monday, 22 March, 2021. The fire outbreak which destroy people's goods and properties is a great catastrophe to its victims. The victims of the burning inferno were in complete misery as their goods, stalls and shops were burnt to ashes.


In a bid to show his concern and empathy to the victims of the burning inferno that razed down the Katsina central market, the former governor of Lagos state, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu, donated fifty million naira (N50,000,000) to the victims of the fire outbreak to compensate them for the loss they had incurred from the burning inferno.

After this news surfaced online, people have reacted to the news online. Some of the people are of the opinion that Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu donated the money to the victims for political reason. They claimed that he wants the support of the people of the region in his 2023 presidency ambition.


Some of the people maintained that the former governor of Lagos state, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu, has never donated money to any victim of fire outbreaks in Lagos.
