The Words Of Soludo At Awka During His Acceptance Speech That Could Be An Inspiration To Youths

If there's something one must understand from the life of Professor Charles Soludo who has just been declared as the Governor-elect of Anambra State, is that where there is a will there is always a way.

During his acceptance speech in Awka after winning the Anambra governorship primary election of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Soludo made a revelation that he was once a poor boy before he rose to fame.

However, this emphasis of his about his past life is undoubtedly a connotation of an inspirational expression that could be of a good insight to Nigerian youths. “To our beloved, amiable people of Anambra, I say here I come. I’m a poor boy whom God has lifted and gifted. To the glory of God, I reached the peak of my career in my 30s,” Soludo disclosed.

Though he was neither born with a silver spoon nor did he descend from blue blood, Soludo defied all odds to rise and fly across the world to break the jinx of poverty and live his dreams. His accomplishment today as the incoming governor of Anambra State has proven that success has no limit and no dream is too big to dream when you have the strong determination to pursue it. You can become whatever you envisage of your future irrespective of what your present is telling you.
