The Nigerian Airforce has finally fixed a date for the late flying officer Tolulope Arotile, the Nigerian Airforce female combat pilot whose sad event took place on the 14th of July, 2020. She will be interred with full military honors at the National Military Cemetery on 23rd July, 2020. This disclosure was made on Friday, 17th July, 2020 by the Chief of Air staff, Sir Marshall Sadique Abubakar as he received members of the Federal Executive Council as well as members of the National Assembly who visited the Nigerian Airforce Headquarters to commiserate with him on the unfortunate demise of the Female Combat Helicopter Pilot.
Among the dignitaries that visited was Dame Pauline Tallen. She expressed the death of the young pilot will not be forgotten so soon because of her outstanding contribution in securing Nigeria. The minister also prayed for the repose of her soul.
