1. Buhari Approves New Salary Scale, Condition Of Service For NIMC.

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved a new salary scale for the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) by over 200% ,raising the total personnel cost of the agency from about N5.3 billion to N16.7 Billion annually.
Aside the uplift, he disclosed that the President had before now approved the sum of N25 billion for NIMC to address infrastructural deficit in the Commission that has hampered nationwide enrollment, and charged the commission’s management to use the funds judiciously.
As you all may be aware, NIMC issues foundation identity, and at the foundation of a digitized economy is the critical role that Digital Identity plays which drives innovation in Banking, e-Commerce, Security, Governance, and Healthcare amongst others.
The Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Prof Isa Pantami, disclosed this during the formal presentation of the approved conditions of service to NIMC staffers in Abuja.
2. Construction Of Rail Lines.

President Muhammadu Buhari has been recommended for rain line construction, Among the new rail lines are the 156km Lagos-Ibadan Standard Gauge Rail, the 327km Itakpe-Warri Standard Gauge Rail with others being, the Abuja Light Rail, the Kano-Maradi Standard Gauge Rail, and the revamping of the Port-Harcourt-Maiduguri Narrow Gauge Rail while, in the pipeline, is the Ibadan-Kano Standard Gauge project.
Other aspects of the project include the installation of safety systems, electrical systems, lighting systems, and signalling systems, as well as the laying of tracks and electricity lines
This is a truly humongous achievement for by Mr president.
