Many Nigerians are not aware that INEC PVC registration is still on-going

The general elections in 2023 are quickly approaching, and many political parties are preparing to put their houses in order to secure one or more positions in the days leading up to the elections, as announced by INEC as the date approaches.

For you to qualify to be part of the electoral exercise, you must have your voter's card ready in order to be able to participate. Most of the party faithful who are either clamoring for one position or those who want to vote a candidate into power may not even have their voter cards ready, while some have since lost theirs to fire or may have misplaced them. Because of these short comings, the electoral empire is always engaged in PVC registration, revalidation, restoration, etc, to make sure that those who have issues with their permanent voters' card (PVC) get them fixed in order to be able to participate in the election.

Surprisingly, INEC has been conducting re-registration, revalidation, restoration, and other similar exercises for a long time without many Nigerians being aware of it, or have forgotten to take advantage of the situation on the ground in order to be updated for the 2023 general elections. It's the job of political parties to inform their members and supporters of the need to go for the voters' card, since you can't win an election when your supporters don't have a PVC. The INEC PVC registration is ongoing online. You can visit any internet house closer to you to find out what to do about it before it's too late. You may not register it with your phone since you require it to take some pictures that may not be possible with an android phone.

Even though this method is simple and easy. After you have registered online, you will be issued a print out, and you will have to book an appointment at your convenient time and date with the INEC registration center of your choice, to do your thumbprint, for the final process of getting the PVC.

INEC PVC is not only used for voting on election day; it's also used for the national identification process, which is why it's very important for you to get your PVC ready. PVC registration doesn't come up regularly. This registration may last for a longer period because of the preparation for the 2023 general elections. For more information, visit the INEC PVC registration website.

What do you think about this? Are you aware that INEC PVC registration is open? Have you been there for your registration? Why are so many people not aware of this exercise going on in Nigeria? Kindly send us your comments below the box. Share and like this work. Follow us for updates.
