The high-level General Debate started on September 21 and will last until September 27.

Although the event was held almost entirely virtually last year because of the pandemic, many world leaders are delivering in-person speeches at this year's summit, including US President Joe Biden, who made his first address to the 193-member world body since he took office.

However, should President Muhammadu Buhari report Nnamdi Kanu at the UNGA meeting in New York?

Nnamdi Kanu (leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra) have caused many problems in the South-East of Nigeria. His orders to his supporters have been causing tension in the South-East region. Nnamdi Kanu is currently in DSS custody and he is rightly detained.

Agitating for the division of Nigeria is a crime and Nnamdi Kanu is guilty of it. Nnamdi Kanu have also been guilty of illegally ESN (a group which he claimed was created to protect Igbos).
