Shehu Sani has reacted to the assassination and attacks going on in the South Eastern part of the Country.
He stated in his Social Media page that it is clear that the unknown Gunmen are out to destroy the Region and it's people.
He added that the people from the Eastern part of the Country who are known to be industrious must rise up and collectively defend their area before it becomes too late.
The Civil Rights Activist concluded that the assassinations and Arsons happening there are pathways to anarchy and annihilation, as such they must be stopped.
In recent times the Region has witnessed lots of killings, attacks and destructions which are being carried out by unknown Gunmen suspected to be members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, who are agitating for Self Reliance and the release of their leader, Nnamdi Kanu by the Federal Government.
To express their anger, the group have resorted to killing Security Agents and the destruction of Government facilities.
We hope the Government will put an end to this attacks.
