The residents and community leaders of both streets enthusiastically expressed utmost appreciation to the council helmsman for giving the road a new look and making it motorable.
The council boss visited the site earlier today to personally inspect the level of work done and further earmark other roads for rehabilitation.
In his words, Apatira says the task of meeting the yearnings of the residents might look huge, but it is very achievable.
Besides, it is pertinent to state that Lawanson road by Otun-Oba Bus-Stop which has been a spot noted for gridlock in recent times was also rehabilitated on Tuesday, 14th July 2020 to bring succour to motorists of that route.
The job is being supervised by the Works and Infrastructure department of Itire-Ikate LCDA.
Also, on the team were Supervisors, SAs & SSAs, APC Baruwa Ward Chairman, LGA Officers amongst others.
