Nnamdi Kanu: President Of Cameroon Reacts To The Rearrest Of IPOB Leader By Nigerian Government.

In a recent report by Daily Post, the Executive President of Cameroon, Paul Biya has reacted to the rearrest of the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu by the Nigerian Government.

Confirmed sources had earlier reported that Nnamdi Kanu was arrested in an African country and repatriated back to Nigeria. He was afterwards arraigned before the Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court, Abuja. Nnamdi Kanu was subsequently remanded in the Department of State Service (DSS) custody till 26th July, when he would be arraigned in court.

Reacting to Nnamdi Kanu's arrest, Cameroonian President, Paul Biya has applauded Buhari’s government for such development. The statement which was disclosed by the aide of the Cameroonian President, Felix Mbayu had commendation

According to Buhari’s aide, Femi Adesina, it was gathered that the Cameroonian government congratulated Nigeria on the recent arrest and repatriation of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) through the collaboration of national security agencies and INTERPOL.
