The activities of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in the southeast and the Yoruba Nation agitators have been causing problems for the country. Their activities are against national laws and orders especially the IPOB members. Most of their demonstrations are violent and destructive, several innocent citizens have lost their lives. The federal government of Nigeria has proscribed the IPOB and so, therefore, anybody seen wearing any tire attributed to them should be dealt with. Anyone who puts on secessionist attire is just trying to incite controversies or uproar and he or she should be dealt with.
There is no room for any violent agitating group in Nigeria and since the federal government has declared their activities unconstitutional, anyone seen on their attire is a criminal and should be prosecuted accordingly. If the federal government those not checkmate the flaunting of separatist attires, it is just a matter of time before the country gets divided. No one should be left out in the fight against a separation Even the old. A video of an elderly woman who was seen in an outfit with Biafra colors is making rounds on the internet and the efforts of the police trying to persuade her is a glimpse of what will happen if these people are not dealt with.
Also, Chiwetalu Agu was wrong for wearing an outfit with Biafra colors because it is deemed that he was trying to incite members of the public to support the Proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), and by so doing the actor had demonstrated a frugal disposition to negate peace and security in the region. If the government fails to prosecute him many Igbos will do the same thing. Once the federal government met out punishment for anyone who is seen in a secessionist group attire, it will deter any further activities of flaunting separatist colors.
