(2) He is experienced and young
He has ruled the Nigerian government, therefore he has some experience and would do better than the first time in power.
(3) He has money to campaign across the country. This is another advantage he may have over others, should he decided to present himself for an election in 2023.

He came from Bayelsa state, Bayelsa is a southern state in Nigeria, located in the core of the Niger Delta region. Bayelsa State was formed in 1996 from Rivers State, making it one of the newest states in the federation.
