Plateau state government make clarification on 148 new cases reported in the state

The plateau state governor at a press briefing through the Secretary to Government of Plateau, Prof. Danladi Atu, held at Government House Jos, on Tuesday clear the public on the last report of covid19 in the state.

Atu while speaking on behalf of the governor call on citizen not to panic over the incident but make their self available for testing and avoid discriminating people with the virus as it is not a death call.

Meanwhile Plateau state have 982 confirmed cases of covid19 as 517 are still active receiving treatment while 446 have been discharged and 19 people killed by the virus.

In another development the state has ban keke in the state for two days due to sallah celebration.

While in collaboration with the Muslim Ummah and security chiefs in the state LA long has suspend prayers at the Eid grounds.
