Rhodes-Vivour Reacts As Man Claims That Lagos Govt Demolished His Mom's Shop Without Compensation

The Lagos State Labour Party's Governorship Candidate in the forthcoming election in the state, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, has reacted after a man claimed that the Lagos State government demolished his mom's shop without compensating her.

While reacting, Mr Rhodes-Vivour made it known that this happened in the middle of the pandemic, noting that there is consistent wickedness in the ruling party. He went further and made it known that the ruling party lack consideration or care for the Nigerians, both at the state and national levels.

A certain twitter user who goes by the name, "Oghenekaro" made a very tweet, noting that his mom saved a lot of money to build a shop at Eleko area of Lagos State, but the Lagos State government came and gave her seven days notice for demolition. He went on and noted that all the buildings in the area have been demolished by the government, including his mom's shop, without any form of compensation.

This has been the story of hundreds of Nigerians. Many people have lost their lives because of this particular action of the government. Even if there is any reason why peoples houses or shops should be destroyed, they should at least be compensated.
