The Anambra State election is up coming as it is scheduled to hold on 6th of November 2021. As result of this fact, many preparations for the election is ongoing.
Following the event, The supreme court of Nigeria declared on Thursday that Valentine Ozigbo will fly the PDP flag in the Anambra election.
They furthermore, dismissed the cases filed against Ozigbo by Ugochukwu Uba.
The Supreme Court revealed that those cases are incompetent in depriving Ozigbo his ticket to contest in the election. This statement was made by Justice Inyang Okoro.
They also Charged Ugochukwu Uba the sum of N5million to pay for the damages he caused.
Top politicians that were at the law Court during this incident includes Peter Obi the formal Governor of Anambra State and Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe.
