Daniel Bwala, the Spokesman for the presidential campaign of Atiku Abubakar has said that it is an expression of ignorance to the greatest respect that the reason the People's Democratic Party(PDP) lost is that Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankaso left the party to contest for the presidency under another Party's umbrella.
He made this statement on Arise TV while responding to the interviewer's comment that the greatest mistake the PDP made was to allow Rabiu Kwankaso and Peter Obi to leave the party otherwise, the party (PDP) will have enjoyed victory at the presidential polls.
He(Daniel Bwala) stated they won the elections despite the splittings and that his claim is backed up by the discrepancies between the election results uploaded on INEC IREV and the results announced by INEC under the chairmanship of Mahmood Yakubu.
In his words “the result of finally uploaded on IREV is markedly different from the results announced by INEC and if you go by that results in IREV, APC did not win"
