DELTA ASSEMBLY PASSES BILL FOR 3 NEW UNIVERSITIES
The Delta State House of Assembly have passed the first reading of bills for the establishment of three new university in the state.
The bills are for the creation of Delta State University of Science and Agriculture, Asaba; Delta State University of Science and Technology Ozoro, and Delta State University of Education, Agbor. NAN reports that the second reading will come up on the 2nd of February.

In an interview with Reuters on Wednesday, Bill Gate express surprise for those who link him with evil theories about Covid 19 vaccines.
Some persons have claimed that the covid 19 vaccine is a cover by Gates to implant microships in the world's populace. Gates describe such reports as crazy and that he would want to explore the rationale behind the theories being peddled about him and the covid 19 virus.
FG TO SHUT THIRD MAINLAND BRIDGE AGAIN
The federal Controller of Works in Lagos, Kayode Popoola announces a three days closure of third mainland bridge due to maintenance.
The closure will begin from 12am January 29 till 12am February 1, 2021. This is in line with the series of maintenance that was carries out in 2008, 2012, and 2018. There is need to stop all movement that could cause vibration as casting concrete are going to be made on three additional expansion joints.
GANI ADAMS SPEAKS
According to the Cable Nigeria, the Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, Gani Adams calls the 1999 constitution, satanic.
According to Adams, the major problem is that Nigeria is being run on the basis of a wrong structure. He sees the constitution as the wrong structure to which Nigeria is being run. He stated that the 1999 constitution is wicked and satanic, and if not corrected, it cannot guarantee peace in the country.
