The Vice president of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo has revealed the reason why the APC government celebrates Independence Day annually. Yemi Osinbajo who was given the speech on his official Instagram handle made it known that the major reason why Independence Day is being celebrated is to give an avenue to reflect on the success of the country and also where the country missed it.
He made it known that he’s happy that have been part of this year’s Independence Day celebration, he thanked the President of Nigeria, President Muhammad Buhari for him the opportunity to be part of the team who were present at the celebration.
He made it known that Nigeria is for the strong and only those who are willing to wait and help the country will benefit from the goodness of the country when the time comes. So he encouraged Nigerians to be law-abiding citizens and to make sure that they support the country with their strength and might, because Nigeria will be better sooner.
