8. Nana Akufo-Addo: The eighth Person on this list is the president of Ghana, he has been President since January 7th, 2017. Nana Akufo-Addo was born on the 29th of March 1944 in Accra, Ghana, he is currently 77 years old.

7. Yoweri Museveni: Seventh on this list is the current and ninth president of Uganda who previously acted as a senior military officer. Yoweri was born on the 15th of September 1944 in Ntungamo, Uganda, he is 77 years old currently.6. Muhammadu Buhari: The Sixth person on this list is the current president of Nigeria, he was born on the 17th of December in Daura. He has been Nigeria's president since May 2015 after defeating Goodluck Jonathan.
