Ever since the announcement went out from the 5 Governors from the east about the creation of a new security Outfit Known as Ebube Agu, people have eagerly waited to see how the security Outfit will look like. There have been questioning marks written all over the new security outfit, with many asking to know the Uniforms the security team will put on, the banner to be used by Ebube Agu, and the fact that there was no visual display of the security team on the day of launching makes it less meaningful.
Well, the good news is that there is a picture of the Ebube Agu security network online shared by a Twitter user @UniversityRa3, see pictures below.
Recall that the five Eastern Governors came under severe criticism for launching a security outfit, without showcasing any Men, nor did they display the uniforms to be worn by the Ebube Agu Security operatives. As if that is not enough, IPOB and its counterpart the ESN taunted the Governors and Ebube Agu, tagging it as 'suspicious' and even threatening death on any youth from Igbo extraction who join the outfit, assuming with full confidence that no Ndigbo will Join the Ebube Agu group.
The Governors forum has now replied to their critics on Ebube Agu as we can see above. At the time of filing this report, the other mode of operation and activity is unknown. I hope the Ebube Agu Security Network lives up to its name and helps to curb the menace of killer Herdsmen and Unknown Gunmen.
What do you think about the gallant Ebube Agu Security operatives? Let's get your reaction below.
