
Mixed reactions are trailing on social media as a lawsuit by Peter Obi on the recently held general election surfaces online. Recall that Peter Obi had vowed to prove to Nigerians that they (the Labour Party) won the presidential election and he would go to court to challenge the results by INEC for the recently held presidential election.
The lawsuit by Peter Obi was after his press conference on Thursday where he revealed that he would be heading to court. In the Letter which dates on Friday the 3rd of March, Peter Obi and the Labour Party filed a motion seeking permission to inspect materials and also obtain certified copies of documents in the custody of INEC.
