Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has got some many Nigerians worried since he launched the Eastern Security Network security outfit in the Southeast.

In particular, aside the fact that the security outfit is illegal and not recognized by neither the Federal government or the state governments, the members of the group have continued to carry out diverse activities in the southeast region of the country.

Additionally, although the Nigerian military was said to have stormed the area of operation of the unrepentant agitators, little or no successs was achieved.

Consequently, a message shared by the IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu on Thursday, calls for concerns from every Nigerians and the relevant authorities.

Kanu, while using a quote from Fredrick Douglas, said where justice is denied, where ignorance prevails, and where any one class is made to feel that society is an organized conspiracy to oppress, rob and degrade them, neither persons nor property will be safe.

In his words, he said:

Consequently, in their reactions, many social media users who reacted, urged Nnamdi Kanu not to go the way of violence, but rather find better ways to fight for his said "freedom" without so blood of anyone.

Additionally, others said it is high time the Federal Government give listening ears to the demands of the agitators to avert any form of chaos.
