IPOB has no power over Imo people - Governor Hope Uzodinma

the Governor of Imo state has given his statement following the sit at home policy of the Indegenous people of Biafra (IPOB) members who have continued to sit at home every Monday of the weak.

Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo state on the 25 of August said, the IPOB members has no influence on the people of the state to order for a sit at home.

According to Hope, the people of the state do not obey the secessionist group's Order. He made while he speaks in the state house correspondent after meeting the Nigerian president (Mahammadu buhari) in the presidential Villa. He also added that only the Government can determine when and why the poeple should sit at home.

He said " the Indegenous people of Biafra IPOB is not a part of the Imo state Government and cannot give the people orders to sit at home." In conclusion he added that the state is the most peaceful state in the country at the point.
