Gov Ganduje sacks aide who called for Buhari's resignation

It was reported that Governor Ganduje has sacked Salihu Tanko- Yakassai, who suggested and called on the Nigeria President Muhammadu Buhari to resign for his inability to secure and guide Nigeria.

However Muhammad Garba made the dislosure in a statement. Contained in the statement that Muhammad Garba passed, he says the sacking of the aide is with immediate effect.

In his statement he noted, Yakasai was sacked over his continued unguarded comments and utterances which are deemed contrary to the stand of the All Progressive Congress government which he is serving".

He added, “The aide had failed to differentiate between personal opinion and official stand on matters of public concern and therefore cannot be allowed to continue to serve in a government he does not believe in".

Do you think the sacking would be alright, or Governor Ganduje shouldn't have done that, or do you think Ganduje should have called him and issues warning to him aside the sacking?

You will also recall that last year, Governor Ganduje suspended this same man after he criticized Buhari's handling of the #EndSARS protests Against Brutality.
