Rere Foundation for Progress and Development Nigeria, a socio-democratic organization, has asked Bola Tinubu, the president-elect, to make lowering fuel prices a top priority once he assumes office. The group lamented the fact that prices for goods had increased as a result of the high price of petroleum and that the miserable lives of Nigerians in poverty had become unmanageable.

According to VANGUARD NEWS, The group's founder, Segun Adesanya, claimed in a statement on Thursday that decreasing petrol costs will lessen Nigerians' suffering.

The monetary disparity between the naira and other currencies, however, was addressed by Adesanya to the President-elect. Lower fuel costs will lessen the pain endured by Nigerians, according to the group's founder, Segun Adesanya, who made this comment in a statement on Thursday.

However, Adesanya urged the President-elect to address the monetary contrast between the naira and other currencies. He underlined that Tinubu must work quickly to develop and remove the red tape and bureaucracy that are allegedly limiting the country's ability to find employment according to report.
