Some media reports was made about the attack of the Nigerian soldiers on Orlu local government area of Imo state which said was known to result in bombardment and killing of inhabitants.
The national leader of social cultural organization,Ohanaeze youth council (OYC),igboayaka has criticized the fake news,said the media reports was totally false and misleading some if the Nigerians.
He further his explanation that the Nigerian military is conducting routine check to ensure the forest is free from criminal activities and also to get rid of bandits using forest as hideouts.
He disclosed that," people should avoid such media reports containing false information that claimed not to be truthful."
Recall that the Nigerian Army has deployed soldiers and helicopters in Imo state in search of personnel of the Eastern security network (ESN) that was suspected to be members of the IPOB. The 34 artillery brigade, obinze disclosed the citizens were not pressurize during the operation.
